Shipping policy

 Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 2-4 weeks. A tracking code will be issued to the email you registered with. For international tracked shipments, expect 10-14 business days delivery time. Our store will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at: sales@thehstitches.shop.

 

Delivery information such as Customers Name, Location Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored.

If you for any reason refuse delivery, or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your item will be returned to THE H STITCHES and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes & additional shipping costs.
